TriggerPoint Master Trainers are an elite squad of instructors that are among the very best in the world. These educators are the most qualified fitness professionals on the planet. A TriggerPoint Master Trainer goes through an extensive education gauntlet that earns them the right to be part of the TriggerPoint team. Our TriggerPoint Master Trainers live with trained focus and a constant pursuit of mastery.

Alex is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and was part of the LES MILLS® US National Trainer Team. He is a Mechanical Engineer and is passionate about efficient movement. He joined TriggerPoint as a Master Trainer to share his experience with others.
Dr. Austin Reynolds is a practicing chiropractor and athletic trainer. After receiving his athletic training degree from The University of Texas, he went on to receive his doctorate in chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. His overall goal is to keep athletes healthy and to give them the safest opportunity to play their sport at the most competitive level possible.
Brandon has been in the fitness Industry for over 20 years. He is a group instructor, personal trainer, life coach, educator, global conference presenter, fitness consultant, and program developer for multiple companies. He represents TRX, Triggerpoint, Activmotion as a Senior Master Trainer and owns his own Performance Training Facility. BA, NASM CPT,PTAGlobal CPT, AFAA Group.

Sylvie Patrick is an athlete and personal trainer who specializes in whole body vibration and functional training. After a successful corporate career, she opened her training studio in 2007 and became a Master Instructor for Power Plate in 2010, Master Trainer for Trigger Point Performance in 2012, and is teaching for Evidence Based Fitness Academy, ACSM and WSSC. She uses her experience to motivate and advise many fitness professionals to gain the confidence to open their own businesses and continue their education by adding certifications. Sylvie is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified PT, American Council on Exercise CPT and Functional Aging Institute Certified. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English allowing her to travel the world to teach for leading brands.



Britny is an experienced personal trainer and presenter, providing training and education for several education companies including TriggerPoint, TRX, Hyperwear, YourTrainer, and Lifetime Fitness. Britny teaches group strength, cardio, cycle and pilates classes. She has appeared in the A&E series Heavy as a trainer to clients facing life-threatening health consequencesas a result of their obesity. One of her accomplishments has been qualifying for Boston marathon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Texas A&M, and has presented at IDEA East, IDEA West, Empower Chicago, and DallasMania. Certifications: NASM-CPT; NASM-CES; Peak Pilates Level III; TRX STC, FTX, GTC Senior Course Instructor;TriggerPoint Therapy Level 1 Foam Rolling, Level II MCT Master Trainer; HyperWear Master Trainer, Your Trainer MasterTrainer.

Christy Giroux is the co-founder or Prime Fitness just outside of Washington DC. She has been a certified fitness professional since 1998. Earning her CES, PES, and CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also an educator for NASM. Christy joined the TriggerPoint Master Trainer team in 2011 and has been educating fitness professionals in TriggerPoint therapy, the NASM OPT model and Lebert Fitness. When Christy isn’t in the gym she enjoys spending time with her son as well as competing in OCR, trail runs and duathlons.


Originally from France and currently based in Los Angeles, Foued is a TriggerPoint Master Trainer since 2011 and has been in the fitness industry for the past 15 years. He is a strength coach certified with a bachelor degree in kinesiology. He works with a mixed demographic of individuals like pro athletes, business professionals and actors.
Dr. Lecovin is a chiropractor, naturopathic physician and acupuncturist. He also earned Master's degrees in Nutrition and Exercise Science and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and sports nutritionist. He specializes in sports injuries and performance enhancement.
Justin Russ is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, currently working with athletes on the WTA Tour. Prior to this, Justin was the Head of Tennis Performance at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Throughout his career, Justin has worked with top-5 and top-10 tennis players, Olympic Gold Medalists, Grand Slam Champions, NCAA National Champions, #1 ranked junior tennis players, and numerous Division 1 athletes of all sports. A native of Buffalo, New York, Justin is a Master Trainer for both TRX and TriggerPoint. He has delivered over 100 courses nationwide and has presented at a variety of fitness conferences.
Karam earned his bachelor of sports education degree in training science from Alexandria University, and is currently working toward a masters degree in sports physiology. He started his journey in 2013 as a group fitness instructor, teaching Les Mills programs (pump,combat,rpm) and jumping fitness. Soon after he received his CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Karam is a certified Crossfit level 1 trainer, Crossfit gymnastics coach and kettle bells concept level 1 trainer. Karam is thrilled to enhance his knowledge and ability through teaching foam rolling and myo fascial compression techniques through TriggerPoint.
Kristen Ekiss has been a fitness professional for more than 15 years earning her B.S. in Sport & Fitness Management, and M.Ed. in Health Education. Kristen is proud to be a Navy Veteran, and holds specialty certifications including NSCA, TRX,FMS, NASM and more. Kristen lives in WI with her husband and 4 kids and works part-time as an adjunct professor.
Marc is an industry award winning Senior Master Course instructor and presenter for TRX, TriggerPoint, ActivMotionBar and Under Armour training team. He functions as an international consultant for gyms, international schools and businesses currently trains out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Marc deals with large and small group training, as well as athletic performance for MMA fighters and athletes of all disciplines. As an educator and presenter for different cutting edge fitness companies he has won the overall internal awards for TRX(2012), TP therapy (2014) and presenter of the year at SCW 2016, 2017, 2018.
Peter Parasiliti works full time in the corporate wellness sector as the Director of Fitness Service Education for Optum On-Site. Peter has his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in rehabilitation and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He holds multiple certifications including DNS Exercise Certificated, FRCms, FMS,FMS2, FCS, NASM CES, USAW, USAPL. Peter is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Kinesiology at Los Angeles City College where he oversees the college’s personal training preparation curricula. In his spare time Peter enjoys performing sketch comedy and improvisation at the Second City in Hollywood CA.
Ryan Halvorson has worked in the fitness industry since 2004 and became a TriggerPoint Master Trainer in 2013. He has been the senior editor for IDEA Health & Fitness Association, a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, group training director, conference presenter and industry consultant. He currently works as the content manager for Mesa Rim Climbing +Fitness and content contributor for a variety of fitness and nutrition organizations.
Susane Pata is a Global Master Instructor, Presenter and Author for PTA Global, as well as TriggerPoint, TRX, and LifeFitness brands. She delivers live fitness education to wide audiences around the world, and writes in between travel. Susane resides in NYC instructing and advocating strongly for creative—yet smart—group fitness training.
Tonya Butler (Daphne, LA)
Dr. Tonya Butler began her career as a fitness professional in 1994, when she attended the Army Master Fitness Trainer School. She holds degrees from the University of Georgia in Recreation and Leisure Studies and Exercise Science. She completed her Doctorate of Education in Sports Management at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, AL. She is a Certified Adaptive Recreation and Sports Specialist working with wounded warrior athletes. Tonya has been a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1997 as well as a licensed Medical Massage Therapist. She has owned companies that specialized in corporate fitness as well as private in-home and studio training. Dr.Butler was a professor of Sports, Exercise, and Recreation at the University of North Georgia for 8 years. Currently, Dr. Butleris the COO of Dynamic Therapeutics, LLC, specializing in sports performance and soft tissue repair for athletes and special populations in Daphne, Alabama. Dr. Butler is a National speaker on topics of self- myo fascial release techniques, adaptive sports, and specialized training for the wounded warrior athletes.
Susan Stanley is a master trainer with TriggerPoint, as well as a performance, rehab and heath coach, manual therapist, and master trainer at Equinox Fitness. With over 30 years of combined field experience, she blends disciplines to bridge the gap between structure and function, and strives to create better movement and regeneration options for her clients. As an international educator she explores movement function and dysfunction, and empowers both trainers and clients to create positive change in both mind and body. She has been awarded and nominated for the Equinox Educational Excellence award and Equinox Educator of the Year, as well as spoken nationally for companies such as Nike, HPLS, and NASM. Once a nationally competitive ironman triathlete, she now skateboards and rock climbs.
Laura’s experience as a former collegiate swimmer, marathon runner, triathlete, and adventure racer, combined with her experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, has resulted in a versatile perspective on fitness that she strives to both embody and implement with each client: fitness is a holistic and “wholistic” lifestyle that should encompass an equal balance of dedication to training, rehabilitation/ injury prevention, and nutrition. Since graduating from the University of Virginia, Laura’s experience has ranged from working for the United Nations, to working for the State Department, to training military personnel for deployment, creating and launching programs for fitness clubs, 5 years as a multi-region cycling instructor for Flywheel Sports, and working for a myriad of other clubs across the country. She is currently the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Kent Denver School. As a Master Trainer for TriggerPoint Performance, Laura is dedicated to further advancing her own practice and edification in performance enhancement and pain management as a means to lifestyle enrichment, to better serve every client, whether it’s the elite athlete or weekend warrior.
