I'm a physical therapist and we ordered about 20 of the Grid 2.0 they are great. This product is really a foam roller warm up tool or if you are very sore it might get you moving until you can tolerate the Grid 2.0. I like this tool for my forearms, calves and anterior shin muscles the most.

To stretch your calf muscles, how many times a day should you use the trigger point massager and for how long each time?

The length and frequency of use for the roller is dependent on the physical needs and preferences of the user. We recommend the roller is used until any muscle soreness dissipates.

How much weight can it bear?

I'm using it right now and measuring 16-20 pounds of pressure. After that it starts to flex to the point where I think it won't last very long. If you went to 50 pounds I think it would bend permanently and maybe break. 16-20 pounds is enough for my forearms, calves and anterior shin muscles. Good luck
